You may remember I recently bought a Fig 5 Classic Mustang Flying Jacket from you, on February 6th in fact.  As I was nearby I  phoned to see if you were open, drove over and bought the jacket. You made my wife and I  most welcome offering us a wide choice.  How lucky we were you had one available exactly what we wanted. The jacket is superb and it is amazing how many people have admired it when it is being worn. Many thanks for your excellent customer service, especially fitting the inside pocket whilst we waited, that was a lovely touch.
 
We will be back in time for next winter, this time for a hat! Life is much easier in the Scottish Highlands with the jacket, it will be even better with the helmet!

He is extremely pleased with it and the fit is great with plenty of room for a jumper underneath.  The extra sleeve length is perfect and he likes the dark leather seam overlays as well, which add a bit more contrast interest!  It has arrived just in time for the forecasted cold snap. A satisfied customer!

Keith really loved his jacket on Christmas morning and was really disappointed that it didn't quite fit him. Nothing to do with you, I obviously should have added a couple of inches to the size he takes in sweaters etc. I have sent it back registered post to you today with a note asking for it to be a couple of inches larger on the chest and round the waist. I am sorry to be so much trouble. The jacket was beautiful and he can't wait to wear it. I might even order one for myself later I have a birthday coming up.

Goodness me I'm amazed. I honestly didn't expect it to be this nice. It's like an old heirloom quality piece made 50 years ago when things were of a less penny pinching quality. I didn't think you could even buy stuff like this for sensible money these days. Just superb. And you've done such an excellent job on the bespoke padded laptop sleeve addition. The perfect fit for a new fancy widescreen laptop, well padded and even without the laptop, just generally useful. Looks like it was meant to be this way.

Lovely, lovely, lovely! I am chuffed to bits and look forward to dragging it round with me for many years to come.

I hope Cirrus stay in business for a long time, we need to be able to get hold of proper gear like this, without spending an arm and a leg. Also, I'd advertise this padded Classic. The padded compartment doesn't make it less useful if you don't have a laptop, but if you do, as many people do, it's a must have. And I wasn't sure I should even ask so nearly passed it by. So glad I didn't!

Finally, I don't know how a website would do your product justice, but it really doesn't. The durable and tactile qualities of the leather, and the general finish and construction: the chunky metal zips, the thick rounded brass in the buckles, the double thickness thickened handle, the stitched and brass riveted stress points, the leathery lining and the black roll over finish on partitions etc etc. This is great stuff, and it deserves really good photos!

The measure of a business is not how it treats its customers when everything goes right, but how it acts when something goes wrong. Nowhere is this more true then when the customer is in another country.

I am a Minnesota native who always wanted to own an RAF style Irvin jacket. I have seen many Irvin-type jackets made by other companies, and was frankly unimpressed with their quality of materials and construction. Cirrus, however, seemed to offer exactly what I was looking for.

When my flying jacket was first sent to me, I fell in love with its sheer beauty. This is a gorgeous jacket! Unfortunately, the fit was significantly wrong, both in the waist and sleeve length--so much so that it could not be corrected by normal alterations.

Taking advantage of the 14-day return policy, I sent the garment back to Cirrus, and for no extra charge, they made me an entirely new jacket, which, I am pleased to say, fits perfectly. Sally and Eve were both very friendly, and apologized for the mix up.

My opinion of Cirrus is that for a first class price you will get first class quality and service. I highly recommend them.

My new long coat came with my friend on Monday. I have enjoyed using it every time I have been out of the house since! It is beautiful, soft and light :-) You have managed to make a coat that has the unique combination of being sturdy and tough with elegance. That is just perfect for me :-))....and rather difficult to find clothes which have this combination. I am rather a sturdy kind of person who also like to look a little elegant at times...
I am going to test the coat in the Morgan one of the first few days. My daughter and I have started a tradition of taking the car to a animal fodder shop before Christmas. There we buy a small bale of straw (for the compost actually ), fastening it with leather straps to the luggage rack and drive home. Of course we take a loooong detour and make sure we do some shopping along the way. I will send you a picture with me in the coat beside the Morgan with the straw bale :-))

Before too long, I am rather sure you will get a few new orders from friends who are beginning to find they could definitely use such a coat too.

Thank you for all your assistance regarding the VAT reclaim, it made it easy for my friend to further process the form.

We enjoyed visiting you, it is always interesting to see production sites and exciting to meet the people who make the products. Having met you and seen your place makes my coat even more valuable for me.

My Christmas present in January!!

The post just delivered my A2 jacket, it is remarkable! It exceeds all my
expectations for style, color, and the fit is unbelievable. The test is the
fit in the back from the shoulders to the waist. This is a real custom
fitting jacket in every sense of the word. I don't know how you do it with
just a few measurements. The red lining is the extra touch for me so thank
you! This jacket for womyn is a must! The thicker steerhide is very stiff,
but I've worn the jacket for an hour already and it has softened with the
wear... This afternoon I'm going to take a ride in the roadster in the fog
with top down to start breaking it in. Thank you for the attention you all
