Hi Sally,
I arrived here on Sunday night and tore into the package... It's totally spectacular! Thank you so much for seeing to it so quickly. It fits perfectly and looks fantastic. I'm hoping for cold weather at home now so I can wear it; it certainly is toasty.
On another note, I see on the cover of the Guardian yesterday that flying jackets are at the very height of autumn fashion. I'm glad I've got mine made by you instead of the versions passed off by the designers profiled in the newspaper. Cirrus makes a much better product.

You don't want to know, what happened when I opened it. :-) Sally, what I found inside, it was something unbeliveable. It was love at first sight. You hoped right, I really will love wearing my new excellent jacket. It smells so nice and fabulous leather and .... all.... really professional work and excellent quality. And very professional access from your side. I forgot, the fig. 5 was really good choice. The jacket is made to my measure. I am sorry Sally, it was neccesary to write you all. Dear Jo,
My A2 jacket arrived this afternoon, I have to say it is absolutely superb. I am 120% satisfied with the quality of manufacture, the quality and colour of the leather and the fit is perfect. I must admit that I was just a little bit apprehensive about giving my measurements over the phone for the jacket to be tailor made, I needn't have been, the fit just could not be better. I did phone to thank you but you had gone home, I spoke to the lady who told me that she had made my jacket I did congratulate her on her skill and expertise. Now I know that "Britain's got Talent".
I do also believe that I have bought the best available so the cost is irrelevant.
Many, many thanks for a first class product and super service.

I received my 2+2 jacket today and i am pleased to say it is a perfect fit. You have done an excellent job with the measurements. It gives me the loose fit and allows for extra clothing without being tight. It looks great and will look even better when it has aged.
