MATERIALS

Sheepskins The sheepskins used are:

Hurricane

A superb skin, with a classic aged appearance with long brown wool (Wool length approx. 1 inch).

Spitfire

A matt black supple exterior leather with brown sheepskin inside (Wool length approx. 1 inch).

Liberator

A stone grey exterior slightly flecked to give and aged appearance with off white sheepskin inside (Wool length approx. 3/4 inch).

Mustang

A Brown exterior with short curly light sheepskin interior (Wool length approx. 1/2 inch).

Leathers The leathers we use are the finest available. There are two weights:

1.5mm thickness

3oz Steerhide

which comes in dark brown, light tan and black. Made using the old fashioned methods of the thirties. These are deep soft and supple leathers that have outstanding qualities of strength and durability.

exclusive to Cirrus, with brown copper exterior as in the A2 is a hard wearing, thick and supple leather which will last a life time. These leathers like real pearls, get better and better the more they are worn.
